Is the website itself free?
Yes, always. Booking dates, official links, safety tips and the fake site checker are free for everyone. We believe safety information should never be behind a paywall.
How does the free trial work?
Do you sell tickets or take booking payments?
No. Premium is a subscription for our alert service only. You always book directly on the official website, and we never ask for logins, OTPs or Aadhaar numbers.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
Payments are handled on Razorpay's secure payment page. We never see or store your card or bank details. Use the same email address you signed up with, so we can switch your alerts to Premium.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Premium doesn't renew automatically, so there's nothing to cancel: when your paid period ends, alerts stop until you renew. If you're not happy, email us within 7 days of paying for a full refund.
